What’s New in Bosch Dishwashers for 2017?

A Comprehensive Review of Changes to Bosch Products in Their 2017 Update

Bosch dishwashers received some fairly major upgrades in 2017. These changes came after Bosch conducted a comprehensive review of their customers’ use of Bosch products under real-life use conditions. For example, the Bosch MyWay Rack was developed in order to save space in the lower racks to allow for larger pots and pans. Similarly, the new EasyGlide racks extend smoothly even when the racks are fully loaded. Quiet operation has become a new hallmark of Bosch dishwashers, with the class of 2017 taking this distinguishing characteristic to new heights. Meanwhile, there are no noticeable changes to the outer appearance of machines in the new Bosch lineup.

Top 5 Improvements for Bosch Products in 2017:

  • Bosch wisely transformed the upper rack of silverware to allow it to house deeper items. Bosch is calling this the Bosch MyWay Rack, and it’s found on select Bosch models
  • Major sound-insulating improvements have been made to already whisper-soft machines, allowing use of Bosch dishwashers in open-floor kitchens with no disruption.
  • Smooth gliding racks on new ball bearing wheels make loading and unloading incredibly easy, leading to the Bosch branded name, “EasyGlide”.
  • Internet connectivity is now available on some models under the HomeConnect name.
  • Speed60 express wash in under 60 minutes is now standard on almost all Bosch dishwashers.
